Spirit Soul Body

Adam and Eve were created to live in unison with the Lord. When Adam sinned this connect with God was broken. We were created to talk and walk with God daily. Jesus restored the relationship for us when he died on the cross, so we could live in the fullness God created us to live.

Now its our part to bring that into existence.

How do we do that?

By communing with the Lord everyday and letting the word of God change us.

When we look into the word of God and renew our mind in the areas the Lord is leading us. We are changed into the image and likeness of the creator. God created us in his image and likeness. What does that mean? He gave the powers he has to mankind. He created the world by his word. He gave us the same power, so when we speak the word. We could create, just like the God can create, in the same way God brings things into existence.

Ephesians 1:3

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, just as he chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless before him in love. He destined us for adoption as his children through Jesus Christ, according to the good pleasure of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace that he freely bestowed on us in the beloved. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace that he lavished on us.

When we read the word we understand. God has given us in abundance. The power to live like him.

When we accepted Jesus as the Lord, God and Savior of our lives. He poured into us his spirit. (The Holy Spirit) which gives us a desire for the things of God. 

This desire helps us in our very being to become more like God.
